2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Contract Conclusion Procedure

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

4.4. The deposit made to reserve a place is non-refundable.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

— promptly inform the Client of any changes;

The Client undertakes to:

— make payments on time;
— comply with the rules of participation in the retreat;
— take care of their own health and physical condition.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. The deposit is non-refundable.
6.2. If the Client cancels less than 30 days before the start of the retreat, the deposit will not be refunded.
6.3. The Client has the right to transfer their place to another person by agreement with the Contractor.
6.4. If the retreat is cancelled by the Contractor, a full refund will be given.
7. Limitations and Liability
7.1. The Contractor is not responsible for:
— flight delays and cancellations, visa issues;
— weather conditions;
— the Client's personal circumstances;
— injuries sustained as a result of carelessness or failure to follow the instructor's recommendations.
7.2. The Client confirms that their health condition allows them to participate in the physical and breathing practices.
8. Processing of Personal Data

9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Offer is valid indefinitely and is subject to change by the Contractor.
